One walk a day could lower your risk of an early death

Research has been published in the British Medical Journal (BMJ) which shows that sitting for more than 9.5 hours a day as opposed to standing or walking can be associated with an increased risk of death.

There has been a lot of research and it is well known that exercise can increase life expectancy but what about looking at the intensity of the exercise required?

This article shows that even gentle exercise is beneficial.
