Stoptober is back

It is the 1st October tomorrow and Stoptober is back. If you stop smoking for 28 days you’re 5 times more likely to quit for good.

Public Health England have got some great ways to support you in giving up smoking from an app, to email support and Facebook groups. You can also get a personal quit plan to help you. Why not join thousands of other people trying to quit this month.

  • Tell people you are quitting
  • Remember what worked
  • Use stop smoking aids
  • Have a plan
  • Change your routine
  • Keep busy
  • Exercise away the urge
