It’s that time again – Dry January

The party season is over and for many people, the new year is a great time to look at improving your health and wellbeing. One of the things that have become increasingly popular in recent years is ‘Dry January’. Many people are now choosing for the month of January to stop drinking alcohol. During the festive period, many of us drink more alcohol than normal as we all go to more parties and social occasions where it is being served.
