Occupational Health Consultancy is here to support your business through this difficult and unprecedented time. Information is changing daily, and we will keep these pages updated as things evolve and change. We remain at the end of the phone or email to support you as a business or organisation.
These are the steps we have put in place to ensure that we can continue to work with you in a safe way keeping your business and staff working.
Our online referral system continues to work in the usual way, as it is web-based you will still be able to access this even if you are working remotely. Please do get in touch if you need assistance or help in accessing the system.
Our clinical team are available as normal at the end of the phone to help you as an employer.
We are continuing to carry out appointments by telephone or video call. We are not carrying out face to face appointments at this time until it is advised and safe to do so.
The HSE has advised that face to face health surveillance should not take place at this time, however, it should continue as a paper screen with telephone/video review if further assessment is required.
We have set up an entirely online process for this which is easy to use. Please get in touch and we can arrange for this to start.
Safety Critical Medicals
As construction and manufacturing continue to work it may be necessary for your employees to have a safety critical medical. We are able to offer an online system for this with video/telephone review if required. Please get in touch for further details on how to access this.

Supporting NHS organisations during the next phase of the Covid-19 pandemic
We are part of a network of SEQOHS accredited Occupational Health providers who have been appointed by NHS England and NHS Improvement to provide additional Occupational Health (OH) capacity to NHS organisations during the Covid-19 pandemic, through a DPS (Dynamic Purchasing System) Framework. This Framework allows NHS organisations to buy in additional Occupational Health capacity where needed, to supplement existing services without the need to undertake a tender exercise.
NHS organisations can access full details of the DPS Framework and suppliers listed via the Health at Work Network website. For those already a member, the Framework can be accessed at this link: https://www.nhshealthatwork.co.uk/covid.asp. For those new to the site, you can sign up to the Health at Work Network here: http://www.nhshealthatwork.co.uk/bulletin-alerts.asp
