Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome prosecution for West Country company

A company in Plymouth has been prosecuted for failing to carry out hand arm vibration syndrome (HAVS) health surveillance. The Control of vibration at work regulations came into force in 2005 yet some organisations are still failing to adhere to the regulations.

At OHC we have leading experts working with us who can assist our clients in the assessment and setting up of health surveillance programmes for you.

We will shortly be releasing dates for a course on ‘How to prevent prosecution with HAVS’.
